Engineer

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Engineer at "Eltge" (www.elteg.ge).

The company has been operating on the Georgian market since 2007. It offers a wide range of elevators, escalators, and parking systems, including installation and subsequent technical service. Since 2012, it has been an authorized distributor of Kleemann.

For the Engineer position, we welcome candidates who are organized, have team management and decision-making skills, can quickly solve problems, work in a stressful environment, and have a high sense of responsibility.

Working conditions:

Workplace: 44, Tsagmubani St; Employment rate: Full-time; Salary: Fixed + bonus (the specific amount of salary and bonuses will be determined based on negotiations).

Main responsibilities:

Conducting the first visit to the work site; Determining and clarifying technical requirements; Detailed study of the current situation, including on-site measurements and collection of other relevant data; Analysis of the obtained data and final formalization of information, taking into account the customer's needs; Identification and formalization of the customer's needs in writing, based on communication with them; Compilation of complex technical requirements based on analysis and existing technical conditions; Constant monitoring of the project implementation process at the facility; Analysis of identified defects and risks and preparation of relevant recommendations in writing; Selection of appropriate devices and materials, considering quality, efficiency, and cost; Preparation of technical information, specifications, and other materials related to the project in writing; Compilation of reports and conclusions on completed works; Participation in meetings with customers on behalf of the company, if necessary; Written recording of meeting results and adopted decisions, and preparation of a relevant report; At the management's instruction, perform other tasks that are not directly indicated in this annex but serve to achieve the company's strategic and operational goals.

Basic requirements:

Higher education in construction; At least 5 years of work experience in the construction field; Management experience, ability to manage a large team; Technical knowledge of electricity (mandatory); Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering or the ability to quickly acquire it; Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
