"McDonald's Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the Hostess position in Telavi.

Work conditions

• Payment: hourly, the amount of payment depends on the number of hours worked by the employee during the month. According to internal policy, the first tariff increase occurs 1 month after starting work, and subsequent increases - based on work results, according to the rules outlined in the internal procedure;

• Full-time schedule: 5 working days a week. Working days, hours, and days off within a week are agreed upon with the employee in advance;

• Full-time schedule: 1450-1875 ₾ (salary + fixed bonus, including taxes);

• Working hours: at least 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours per shift per working day (between 10:00 and 22:30). Employees are entitled to a 1-hour break after 4 hours of work;

• Bonuses: a system for evaluating and managing work performance, which is linked to the company's bonus policy;

Main responsibilities of the Hostess position

• Conducting restaurant events provided by the main Hostess of the restaurant;

• Booking birthdays for guests and correctly performing all procedures related to booking;

• Conducting booked birthdays, fulfilling all points of the observation control card;

• Describing the inventory of the birthday hall;

• Controlling the cleanliness of the playland;

• Conducting thematic events at McDonald's restaurants and outside McDonald's restaurants.
