Inventory and Internal Control Specialist

LLC "Aversi Clinic" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Inventory and Internal Control Specialist.

Work location: Vaja-Pshavela 27b

Work schedule: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting inventory in clinic departments and branches;
• Counting actual stock and comparing it with program/accounting balances;
• Identifying and recording discrepancies between actual and system data;
• Checking the accuracy of stock, its consumption, and accounting in departments;
• Controlling stock in the economic warehouse and branches;
• Participating in the inventory of fixed assets, computer equipment, furniture, inventory, and other material assets;
• Verifying the actual existence and location of assets;
• Counting the actual cash balance in cash desks and comparing it with accounting data;
• Conducting periodic inspections in blood collection points and other high-risk facilities;
• Documenting identified shortages, excesses, or other discrepancies;
• Preparing inventory acts and other relevant documentation;
• Presenting inspection results to the senior specialist;
• Participating in verifying the status of identified problem resolution;
• Participating in planned and unplanned inspections at the direct supervisor's request.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Higher or professional education - preferably in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields;
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Working knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to work with numbers and data;
• Attention to detail;
• Accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
• Organizational and disciplined;
• Objectivity and principle;
• Willingness to work on-site in various branches and departments;
• Confidentiality.
