The financial organization "Goa Credit" has been operating successfully in the Georgian market since 2008 in Tbilisi and regions. Currently, "Goa Credit" offers gold and silver pawn loans and currency conversion.

The financial organization "Goa Credit" announces a vacancy for the position of HR Manager.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Managing selection processes; Ensuring effective adaptation of new employees; Managing and controlling employees' performance; Monitoring existing employees' career advancement/promotion systems; Systemic management and control of the salary system, leaves, and maternity leave administrative activities; Refining, implementing, and monitoring evaluation systems; Compiling job descriptions for each position (as needed, periodic correction); Forming a corporate culture tailored to the needs of existing employees; Planning, conducting, monitoring, and reporting professional development trainings; Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in human resource management is required; At least 2 years of experience in human resource management; Knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code; High-level knowledge of office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Personal skills:

Effective communication skills; High sense of responsibility; Ability to work in a team; Effective time management skills; Result-oriented.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Saburtalo, Pekin N3 Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00; Saturday - 10:00-14:00. Salary: 1700 GEL
