We are looking for an energetic, warm, and positive waiter to join the team of "Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center".

Job Description:

F&B waiter is responsible for the operational and high-standard management of the breakfast service. Ensures that guests are treated warmly and friendly. Works closely with the team and adheres to all brand service standards. Actively supports other hotel departments in implementing operations effectively when necessary. The position reports to the operational supervisor and plays a significant role in creating guest satisfaction and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Preparation and replenishment of food and necessary items for the breakfast buffet. Warm welcome and service to guests, providing assistance with any breakfast-related needs. Timely setting and arrangement of tables to maintain a clean and cozy environment. Maintaining clean, accessible, and functional condition of dishes and equipment; reporting problems to management when necessary. Safe and efficient transfer of used dishes and food equipment to the washing area. Timely, professional, and friendly response to guest inquiries and requests. Adherence to Hilton's visual standards, including wearing uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. Compliance with hotel safety, fire safety, health, and food safety regulations.

Other Duties:

Providing support to F&B or other hotel departments as needed (e.g., assistance at the bar or lobby); Active participation in team meetings and trainings; Performing other tasks assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of processes.

Qualifications:

Desirable but not mandatory experience in food service, hotel business, or customer service; Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and willingness to learn; Mandatory English language skills; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Skills:

Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Attention to detail; Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy hours without compromising service quality; Knowledge and adherence to basic hygiene and food handling standards.

Working Conditions:

Workplace: Batumi Work schedule: Full-time, mainly morning shifts (up to 40 hours per week) Salary: To be agreed upon
