Your responsibilities will include: - Positioning at the store entrance and continuous control of customer flow; - Immediate and effective response in case of security antenna (EAS) audio signals; - Correct and professional verification of products and customers when fixing signals, while fully complying with the company's internal policies and procedures; - Timely identification of potential theft cases and implementation of preventive actions; - Coordinated work with loss prevention monitoring officers and management; - Observation, analysis, and timely provision of information on individuals with suspicious behavior; - Documentation and reporting of incidents, violations, and suspicious cases in the established format; - Maintaining order, discipline, and security standards in the store - Correct communication with customers and provision of assistance when needed - Support in the use of video control and other technical security means (if necessary); - Performance of other tasks assigned by management and the loss prevention team.
