Main responsibilities:
Analysis of project tasks, development of architectural concepts and sketch projects; Processing of projects in accordance with Georgian norms and regulations; Preparation of working documentation: detailed drawings, nodes, material specifications, etc. Coordination with adjacent specialists; Discussion of engineering-technical and architectural issues that arise during project implementation; Protection of project schedules and deadlines, control of drawing quality.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education in architecture; At least 5 years of experience as an architect; Experience in independently managing projects from concept to working documentation; Experience in designing buildings of classes III and IV; High-level knowledge of ArchiCAD (BIM, experience working with Teamwork). Knowledge of additional programs (Rhino, D5 Render) will be considered an advantage.
Working conditions:
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00; Workplace: Tbilisi; Salary: based on experience + bonus system.
