Main responsibilities: - Daily rounds of the medical institution, identification of problems, submission of reports to the immediate supervisor and elimination of identified problems; - Quick response to and resolution of problems arising in administrative and technical aspects; - Maintenance of electrical systems; - Production of plumbing works; - Monitoring of electrical, water supply, sewage, heating-cooling (HVAC), ventilation and other technical systems' operation. - Accounting, maintenance of administrative and technical inventory and initiation of their purchase if necessary. - Production of relevant documentation on technical service, repair works and expenses. - Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that match the position.

1. 4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in case of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Furthermore, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the work to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), term, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.

6. In order to implement a high standard of personal data protection and effectively manage/resolve any issues and problems related to their processing, the person granting this consent is entitled to contact the Employer's Personal Data Protection Officer for consultation at any time and receive qualified and operational service within the shortest possible time.
