Qualification Requirements - Higher education in architecture and preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience. A strong portfolio that demonstrates both the quality of architectural design and professional rendering skills is required. Experience working on high-rise, hotel, residential or coastal projects will be considered an advantage. - High-level knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization programs: such as 3ds Max, SketchUp or Rhino, along with relevant rendering software, Corona, V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion or equivalent. Knowledge of all listed programs is not required. - Ability to read architectural drawings, attention to detail, adherence to agreed deadlines and English language skills at the level of international team communication.
