Field Force Manager
Recruitment Agency HR is announcing the selection process for the position of a Field Force Manager, for an international company in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Job Description
- Evaluating Field
Force (FF) monthly on sales target achievement, as well as quarterly on their KPI;
- Initiating all
required approvals in the system to ensure FF payment on time;
- Building direct
communication with FF, including communication on their monthly targets, data collection;
- Monitoring FF
attendance with random on-site visits and working time monitoring application;
- Making sure FF
team’s product knowledge and sales skills are regularly being assessed and upgraded;
- Ensure regular
exchange of insights, sales related issues from FF team;
- Collaborating with
the Marketing Team and Business Teams to develop, plan and execute requests and action items to positively impact on sell-out, drive in-house share and improve operational excellence;
- Following HQ and
RHQ guidelines while ensuring initiation of internal system approvals and communication with respective stakeholders to boost overall strategy and goals;
- FF Team work compliance
based on aligned check list and control of execution during weekly shop visits.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferebly in
Business/Economics)
- Min. 2 years working experience as a Field
Force Manager / Retail Specialist/Manager / Merchandise Manager / Regional Manager / Visor/Supervisor in the Retail / Distribution / Vendor Industries.
- MS Office (Average level of Excel is Mandatory!)
- Good level of English is mandatory (B2 and
higher)
