The New Vision medical group is announcing a vacancy for the position of Procurement Specialist.

Workplace: Tbilisi Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00

Main functions and responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of product quality characteristics and regular improvement of knowledge; Participation in creating policies related to product procurement; Creating and updating the supplier base as needed; Constantly searching for new products in the foreign market and requesting samples if necessary; Contacting potential and existing suppliers and conducting negotiations; Agreeing on purchase conditions, delivery terms, and schedules; Preparing financial settlement documentation and controlling transfers; Interaction with transport companies, researching prices with at least 5 companies for each order; Ensuring complete monitoring of the process related to cargo transportation (product customs clearance, unloading/loading, control of delivery to the warehouse); Processing, translating tender documentation according to technical tasks provided by tender conditions, and searching for relevant goods; Preparing reports on performed and planned work for the direct supervisor; Responsible for performing any other profile tasks delegated by the direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in business administration or a related field; Experience working in a similar position is desirable; High-level knowledge of office programs is required; High-level knowledge of a foreign language is required.
