Construction/renovation company Lamazia Group announces a vacancy for the position of: Construction Cost and Materials Control Specialist / Quantity Surveyor (remote)
Work schedule: 40 hours per week Work location: Remote Remuneration: 1500 GEL per month, paid in cash The company is looking for a specialist responsible for monitoring and controlling materials used and work volumes performed in repair and construction projects.
Key responsibilities: - Calculation and accounting of actual material consumption for repair and construction works; - Monitoring and accounting of performed work volumes; - Comparison of actual material consumption with budget and estimate quantities; - Preparation of necessary forms, reports, certificates, and supporting documentation for material write-offs; - Monitoring of material movement and usage by project and type of work; - Reconciliation of received, consumed, and remaining material quantities; - Identification of material overconsumption, discrepancies, and deviations, and submission of relevant information; - Verification of material quantities and work volumes presented by contractors and subcontractors, if necessary; - Collaboration with accounting to ensure documentation accuracy and proper accounting of material costs; - Preparation of monthly reports on material consumption and work performed for each project; - Completion of the Act of Performed Works, form №2.
