Function-responsibilities:
Reading drawings and working with technological instructions; Preparing laser and plasma cutting machines for work; Performing regulatory work on laser and plasma cutting machines to maintain their working condition; Transferring software files from the network to the machine; Selecting laser and plasma cutting machine heads according to metal thickness and grade; Selecting laser and plasma cutting machine modes considering material thickness and grade; Managing the working process of the laser and plasma cutting software machine; Checking (submitting) the first detail to the head of the department and the quality controller; Using measuring and control instruments; Following oxygen and other gas cylinder consumption rules with particular care and caution; Complying with technical safety and fire prevention rules; Performing other tasks and instructions from the supervisor within the competence.
Qualification requirements:
Professional education in laser and plasma cutting (desirable); At least 1 year of work experience; Knowledge of safety rules, use of individual protection means, and technological processes.
