"Express Capital+" offers you to join our company in the following positions: Credit Officer - Tbilisi/Batumi.

Functions and responsibilities:

Study and analysis of the credit market; Search and attraction of clients (including through promotion); Targeted distribution of information brochures; Introduction of loan terms to potential clients, presentation of product advantages; Preparation of credit applications and submission to the committee; Management of the quality of the credit portfolio; Visits to current overdue clients to collect payments; Interaction with problem borrowers. Conducting negotiations with them to ensure timely repayment of the loan; Receipt of cash; Material responsibility.

Qualification requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience in small business lending in a bank and/or microfinance organization; Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; User-level knowledge of computer office programs.

Other requirements:

Fluent speech; Ability to conduct convincing communication and negotiations; Emotional stability (balance); Ability to avoid and resolve conflicts; Principle and perseverance in work; Sharpness in work; Ability to work under intense workload.

Working conditions:

Full-time; 5 working days a week, Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00 Probation period: 6 months (based on successful results, the probation period may end in 1 month); Salary: 2000 GEL (during the probation period, proportionally to the fulfillment of the established plan) + flexible bonus; Corporate unlimited mobile phone number.
