"Element Holding" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Procurement and Logistics Manager.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:

Full-cycle strategic and operational management of Fit-Out procurement; Searching for, evaluating, and developing manufacturers and suppliers in international and local markets; Conducting commercial negotiations (price, terms, conditions, contracts); Determining the procurement strategy for projects in accordance with budget and technical requirements; Participation in Value Engineering processes (alternative materials and solutions); Coordination of international procurement, import, and logistics processes; Close collaboration with project, design, engineering, and financial teams; Improving, standardizing, and developing Fit-Out procurement processes; Participation in team formation and coordination as the department grows.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education (preferably: engineering, construction, business administration, or related fields); Experience working with international suppliers and successful commercial negotiation experience; Ability to independently manage complex procurement and make quick decisions; In-depth knowledge of the Fit-Out industry and international supplier market; Ability to create additional value for the company by optimizing price, quality, and deadlines; Proactivity, initiative, and ability to identify new opportunities in the market; Willingness to develop and expand the Fit-Out Procurement department; Wide network of contacts with international manufacturers and suppliers; In-depth knowledge of import, Incoterms standards, and international logistics.

Qualification requirements:

At least 3+ years of work experience in Fit-Out / Interior Finishing procurement; Deep knowledge of Fit-Out materials, systems, and international market (mandatory); High-level English language skills (C1/C2 - fluent oral and written communication); Higher education in the relevant field; Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Working conditions:
