Pre-Analytics Specialist

Clinic "Raymann" is announcing a vacancy for a Pre-Analytics Specialist position.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Formation of order templates within the integration of the clinic's Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Hospital Information System (HIS), both locally and for external (contractor) laboratories when sending materials.
• Supervision and management of ongoing automatic processes in the Laboratory Information System LIS;
• Generation of barcode labels for samples;
• Automatic determination of the required sample types and quantities;
• Recording of manipulation dates and times;
• Recording of the date and time of biomaterial receipt in the laboratory;
• Recording of reasons for test cancellation;
• Automatic sorting of biomaterials according to laboratory modules;
• Sorting of biomaterials for sending to external service laboratories;
• Production of a registry of materials sent to provider clinics (required for email identification and sent/not sent);
• Sending test results to patients as needed;
• Follow-up with provider clinics regarding response deadlines for sent materials.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Pre-Analytics Specialist;
• Knowledge of collection techniques: various types of samples, such as blood, urine, tissue, or other biological materials.

• Basic computer skills (office programs);
• Knowledge of laboratory pre-analytical processes.

• Communication skills, punctuality, and organization;
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking.

Working conditions: Work schedule: 40 working hours per week.
