Main duties and responsibilities

• Managing non-medical claims-related processes, such as: visiting the scene and taking pictures of damaged property as needed, ensuring application completion, finding/collecting all necessary documentation for the claim, verifying damage assessment;
• Adjusting claims;
• Informing clients about claim settlement procedures and deadlines;

Requirements

• Knowledge of office computer programs;
• Desired work experience in a similar position;
• Attention to detail;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Teamwork skills;
