Horeca Presales / Manager

"Dako Trade" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Presales (Horeca / Manager).

Working hours: 09:30-18:30

Work schedule: Full-time (from Monday to Saturday)

Remuneration: Fixed 1500 + bonus based on performance (penetration - (turnover penetration (sales volume, monetary), assortment (principle star), motivational quarterly, year-end performance plan)

(Optional internship period 1-2 weeks, paid internship)

Location: Tbilisi, Orkhevi settlement, T. Chantladze street

Main responsibilities:

Conduct negotiations with Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes-bars, other food establishments) objects Conduct negotiations with existing and potential clients and establish/maintain long-term relationships. Find new clients. Analyze and control the list of debtors, ensuring reduction. Monitor product presentation standards in food establishments. Timely resolution of problematic issues (delivery, deadlines, quality, etc.) Analyze sales results, network needs, and market trends. Take orders from trade objects and reflect them in the relevant system. Conduct client visits for various purposes, such as controlling inventory, deadlines, pricing, and planogram. Monitor the process of delivering goods to clients to prevent/reduce stockouts. Organize events to promote the company's products and increase brand awareness Control and reduce debts Deposit funds received from sales and credit them to the company's account

Qualification requirements:

Ability to conduct negotiations Knowledge of sales processes Organizational skills Communication skills Light vehicle driving license and car ownership. Ability to fulfill assigned tasks within a limited timeframe.
