Knowing the full range of products for sale, searching for parts in catalogs and programs correctly Providing consultations to customers in the showroom, providing complete and accurate information Selling products, caring about increasing the sales of parts Complete knowledge of all types of sales processes, assisting customers at all stages of sales, ensuring the issuance of sold goods Preparing documents necessary for sales Controlling cash balance Preparing and sending sales and cash reports at the end of each working day, eliminating identified deficiencies Providing operational and complete information to management about customer dissatisfaction and other notable facts Collecting a list of necessary deficient parts and reporting to brand managers Collaborating with other departments to achieve common organizational goals Performing other tasks related to service activities
Qualification requirements:
Experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage Basic knowledge of office programs (Excel, Word) Experience working in 1C program will be considered an advantage Experience in sales direction is desirable Knowledge of English and/or Russian Interest in the field of motorcycles/scooters
