Landmarker Group is announcing a vacancy for the position: Khada Hütte Gudauri Object Manager

Workplace: Gudauri resort (accommodation and meals provided by the company)

Work period: December-April (seasonal)

Remuneration: fixed + bonus system

Functions and responsibilities:

• Managing the object in accordance with internal regulations, operational procedures, and rules; overseeing and monitoring daily operational processes

• Effective management of service, bar, kitchen, laundry, and other department employees; ensuring continuous communication between different links

• Managing the full cycle of guest reception and service, effectively managing guest preferences, complaints, and claims

• Involvement in the development of kitchen and bar menus, controlling supplies and expenses, managing employees; budgeting the object in collaboration with the financial department representative

• Compiling employee work schedules, recording working hours, evaluating employees, and monitoring results

• Training employees to ensure high-quality service

• Managing, controlling, and monitoring object management programs and systems

• Ensuring the tidiness of object spaces, controlling cleanliness and service quality

• Assisting employees in activities necessary for the smooth operation of the object (including arranging object internal/external spaces)

• Overseeing object property and inventory, controlling infrastructure and equipment condition, managing purchases, and presenting to management for approval/confirmation

• Submitting reports to management upon request

• Systematic description, inventory, and preparation of necessary reports (financial and other types of reports) as required by the company's owner and other relevant persons

• Ensuring compliance with the company's health, safety (including fire safety), and hygiene standards and monitoring relevant norms

Requirements and skills:

• Experience working as an F&B service manager, F&B manager, and/or in a related position

• Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage

• Responsibility, organization, discipline, punctuality

• Effective communication skills

• English language proficiency (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage)

• Computer and office program proficiency
