A five-star hotel/restaurant chain located in the city center, "IOTA HOTEL TBILISI", is announcing vacancies for the positions of Barman and Waiter.

1. Barman

Main duties: Ensuring high-level bar activity Performing established standard procedures of "IOTA HOTEL" Having complete knowledge of the products presented in the bar - alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and offering them to guests Arranging and storing products for sale in the bar according to the established rules Fast, efficient, and high-quality preparation of drinks Preparing/ordering the work area according to the standards established in the hotel Using, maintaining, storing, and inventorying bar equipment, dishes, and accessories for their intended purpose

Main requirements: At least 1-2 years of work experience as a barman Knowledge of the theoretical and practical basics of organizing, functioning, and serving customers in a modern bar Compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms English and Russian language skills at a communicative level

Fixed salary - 1200 GEL + bonus (including bonus, total salary of at least 1450 GEL) Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 2 days off.

2. Waiter

Main duties: Introducing the menu to the guest, receiving orders, and ensuring timely service Informing guests about dish ingredients and cooking processes if necessary Creating a pleasant and positive environment for the guest Effective service to the guest according to "IOTA HOTEL" standards Thorough knowledge of the menu Seeing off the guest and understanding their impression

Main requirements: 0-1 year of experience working as a waiter Thorough knowledge of restaurant service standards English and Russian language skills at a communicative level

Fixed salary - 1100 GEL + bonus (including bonus, total salary of at least 1400 GEL) Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 2 days off.
