Logistics Documentation Management Specialist

Company "Translive" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Logistics Documentation Management Specialist.

Function and Responsibilities:

Verification of the compliance of invoices, applications, and other documents related to cargo, both from the customer's and carrier's perspective (comparing data in the loading and unloading reports with the data uploaded on the platform: car numbers, directions, customer's stamp, recipient's signature, and unloading date);

Requesting and verifying residence certificates;

Timely reaction and informing the relevant person in case of detecting discrepancies;

Providing assistance with technical issues related to the platform, if necessary;

Control and, if necessary, correction of order details registered on the company's platform (price, currency, direction, date, type of cargo, weight);

Sending relevant documentation to the insurance representative;

Qualification Requirements:

1 year of work experience in a similar position;

Mandatory English language proficiency at B2 level, Russian is desirable.
