MEP Engineer

Main responsibilities:

HVAC system design: preparation of complete design documentation for heating, cooling and ventilation systems.

Water supply and sewerage: design of internal networks, production of relevant hydraulic calculations.

Fire safety systems: design of fire-fighting and smoke-exhaust systems.

Design reports: calculation of heat losses / heat flow, air exchange, pressure drop and costs.

Compliance with standards: creation of projects in accordance with local and international norms ( Georgian Government Resolution No. 41, NFPA, ASHRAE).

Preparation of documents: compilation of material quantities (BOM) and technical tasks.

Qualification requirements:

Education: higher technical/engineering education (mechanical engineering, construction or related field).

Work experience: at least 1 year in the field of MEP system (HVAC, Plumbing, FLS) design.

Software:

AutoCAD / AutoCAD MEP (mandatory)

Revit (MEP) - experience in project execution will be considered a significant advantage.

Knowledge of regulatory base: basic knowledge of local construction regulations and international standards (NFPA 13, 14, 90A, 92; ASHRAE).

The selected candidate will be actively involved in project planning/implementation and will cooperate with all parties involved in the project.

Working schedule: full 09:00-18:00 (except weekends); Location: Tbilisi, Pekin st. N31
