Concrete Plant Mechanic

Hanivel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanivel Cement is the sole producer of clinker in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Hanivel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

Hanivel Cement is announcing a vacancy for the position of Concrete Plant Mechanic at the Tbilisi concrete manufacturing plant.

Work location: Tbilisi (Pekri Street #32) Work schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday off) Number of vacant positions: 1

Main duties and responsibilities: - Ensuring the technical soundness of the plant; - Warning, maintenance, and storage of handed over tools, devices, and machine-mechanisms; - Identifying mechanical unit damages/defects and eliminating the problem; - Planning and performing current repairs of the plant; - Constant monitoring of units and devices to carry out preventive measures; - Providing information/documentation on performed work to the direct manager; - Compliance with labor safety rules and regulations in force on the company's work area.

Qualification requirements and skills: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; - Professional education in the field of mechanics; - B category driver's license is desirable; - Knowledge of welding work and practical experience; - A certificate of welder qualification is desirable; - Sense of responsibility; - Ability to plan and organize activities; - Analytical skills; - Time management skills; - Ability to eliminate problems in a timely manner
