Technical Service Supervisor

Join us! We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Technical Service Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a technical service strategy for production equipment and devices
• Conducting cost analysis, creating Pareto analysis of equipment and devices
• Ensuring reduction of technical costs while maintaining quality.
• Effective management of a team of engineer-mechanics responsible for servicing production equipment and devices
• Managing proper documentation flow for spare parts write-off, and forming acceptance acts for completed work
• Analyzing causes of production equipment and device downtime, and implementing preventive measures
• Replacing immediate supervisor during absence
• Responsible for the development of subordinate personnel and improving technical employees' (operators, engineers) professional knowledge and competencies.

Candidate profile:

• Higher education in technical or engineering field
• 5+ years of work experience in technical or mechanical engineering in a manufacturing enterprise, preferably in the food and beverage production sector
• Practical experience in equipment installation or operation, and knowledge of basic processes and technologies in the food industry.
• Knowledge of state standards, norms, and regulations in energy, metrology, industrial, and fire safety.
• MS Office skills; AutoCad, 1C are desirable
• Fluent in Georgian; English - B2 level
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Project management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
