Key responsibilities:
Organization of planned technical maintenance of lifts and escalators and timely response to emergency calls through service team managers; Coordination of service brigades' activities, planning and control of daily work and routes; Ensuring customer satisfaction; Direct participation in the diagnosis and elimination of complex technical problems; Ensuring the transfer of objects to service after completion of installation; Assessment of technical condition of objects, preparation of defective acts and recommendations; Control over budget execution, expenses, and inventory of materials; Communication with existing and potential clients, attraction of new objects, and development of service direction; Ensuring the production of technical documentation and timely reflection of information in the program; Preparation of weekly reports on service quality, financial results, and team efficiency.
Key requirements:
Higher technical education (electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or relevant practical experience); Experience working in the service or installation of lifts and/or escalators; At least two years of experience in a leadership position; Knowledge of English and Russian languages; Knowledge of MS Office programs; Category B driving license and own vehicle.
