Job Responsibilities:

Oversight of the entire process of apartment renovation works; Organization, coordination, and daily management of repair groups; Control of work quality, deadlines, and technological processes; Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and established methodological standards; Planning work stages and monitoring their implementation; Control of correct usage of necessary materials and resources; Effective communication with clients, craftsmen, suppliers, and other involved parties; Timely identification of problematic issues and provision of appropriate solutions; * Inspection of completed works and final quality control.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience in the repair and construction field; Experience in managing and coordinating repair/work teams; Knowledge of construction and repair processes, technical requirements, and standards; High sense of responsibility and organization; Attention to detail; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to plan and manage work processes independently.
