"Sharm Trading" is announcing a vacancy for a Trainer position.

Location: Tbilisi Working hours: Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00 (Saturday-Sunday off)

Job Responsibilities: - Managing the onboarding and adaptation process for new employees; - Preparing, planning, and conducting training sessions for new employees; - Organizing training sessions for the continuous development of existing employees; - Studying the company's product range, preparing presentations, and conducting relevant training sessions; - Retraining sales team employees in the following areas: sales standards, merchandising principles; practical work with retail outlets and related processes; - Preparing, updating, and constantly improving training materials; - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and presenting the data to the manager; - Collaborating with managers to identify team development needs and plan relevant training sessions.

Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in psychology or business development); - Experience in conducting training sessions or teaching (preferably in sales); - Strong communication and presentation skills; - Ability to teach and convey information (Facilitation Skills); - Organizational skills and effective time management; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
