Product Expiration Date Management Operator

LLC "Aversi-Pharma" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Product Expiration Date Management Operator

The goal of the Short-Term Product Management Specialist position is to effectively coordinate the short-term product management process, control product expiration dates, manage return processes, and collaborate with relevant internal and external parties to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Daily communication with suppliers; - Constant communication with pharmacy network managers, brand managers, category managers, and non-medication direction representatives; - Updating and managing the contact information database; - Interaction with the warehouse and control of internal transportation processes; - Coordination with the transport service; - Control of the short-term product collection process; - Software alignment/correction of product expiration dates; - Development, updating, and sharing of product return standards with brands and suppliers; - Monitoring and coordination of the product return process.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education - At least 1 year of experience working with 1C system - Knowledge of Russian and English at A1 level is desirable; - Proficiency in computer programs (1C ERP program and MS EXCEL). - Communicability and collegiality; organization and responsibility, balance - Ability to work in a busy mode and solve problems in a timely manner;
