LLC "Aversi Clinic" announces a tender for the purchase of computer equipment

Computer All-In-One (configuration): Quantity to be purchased - 15 pieces;

• Minimum screen size - 24“, minimum screen resolution - 1600X900.
• Screen type - touch-sensitive.
• Processor - i5 or Ryzen 5.
• RAM - at least 16GB.
• Hard drive capacity - at least M2 512GB.
• Operating system - within the possibility, the bidder must present the product price both with a licensed operating system (Windows 11) and with a free operating system (Free DOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Keyboard - standard USB interface. It is possible to have a wireless (Wireless, Bluetooth) interface. It must have a Russian font applied.
• Mouse - standard USB interface. It is possible to have a wireless (Wireless, Bluetooth) interface.
• Network connection type: rj45 and wifi
• Other technical characteristics - the stand must be removable and a wall mount must be possible.
• Detailed description published by the manufacturer (Product Specifications).
• Warranty - at least 1 year.
• Maximum delivery period - 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

The affidavit is given in Annex 2; The draft contract to be concluded with the winning person identified as a result of the tender is given in Annex №3; Delivery address: Tbilisi; Vaja-Pshavela Ave. 27b.

Interested candidates for participation in the tender must submit the following documents through the electronic system eTenders.ge by September 23, 2026, 15:00: - Evaluation of the goods to be supplied - Annex #1: - Bidder's requisites: full name, address, and contact phone number, a copy of the identity document of the responsible person; - Bank requisites (in the form of a printed certificate issued by the bank); - Completed affidavit in the form of Annex №2;

The submitted documentation must be signed by the authorized person of the bidder. The bidder may be required to submit the following documentation additionally at the buyer's request: - An extract from the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities about the person's registration (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days ago); A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that there is no ongoing reorganization or liquidation of the legal person (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days ago); A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that there is no public law restriction registered on the property of the legal person (the information preparation date should not be more than 7 days ago); A certificate issued by a banking institution (confirmed with a wet seal and signature) about the company's requisites; A list of similar equipment supplied by the bidder over the last three years and two recommendations from purchasing persons;

Note: A tenderer who has participated in a tender conducted by LLC "Aversi Clinic" within the last 2 months and has submitted the aforementioned documents is not required to submit the specified documentation again to participate in this tender, except for a list of similar goods provided by the tenderer, recommendations from at least two purchasing entities, and an affidavit. This exception does not apply to a tenderer whose data has changed during the specified period.

At any stage of the tender, the buyer may also require tenderers to submit additional documents.

Failure to comply with the requirements established by the tender announcement may serve as a basis for the disqualification of the tenderer from the tender.

Note: The tender is conducted on the "1 envelope principle", which does not provide for a trading stage. Accordingly, the tenderer(s) must indicate the final cost of the goods provided in the tender announcement.

The personal data of the tenderer(s) submitted on the basis of this tender (if any) will be reviewed only within the framework of this tender. Moreover, the submission of a tender proposal (relevant documentation, including personal data) on the basis of this tender announcement confirms the tenderer(s)' consent to the processing of the specified personal data.
