"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for an Onsite Registrar in Gori.

Location: Gori, Tskhinvali Highway N14a; Work schedule: 24-hour shifts every third day

Main duties and responsibilities:

Identify the source of funding for patients' medical services; in case of private insurance, verify referrals and fix data in the internal program; Register/redirect patients for medical services; Record patients for medical services if necessary; Open medical history for inpatients; archive medical history in material form; Provide financial accounting and reporting operator with relevant documentation for insured patients; Provide patients with information about ongoing promotions/projects in the network; Control doctors' schedules in the internal program; provide information on doctors' presence at the workplace in case of patient referral; Register patients in the universal healthcare program and fill out strict accounting documentation; Cancel patients' registration in the clinic if necessary; Ensure smooth payment process for services according to established rules; Close the cash desk daily according to pre-determined standards; Monitor the proper functioning of cash registers and terminals and inform the relevant structural unit if necessary; Transfer accumulated checks during the day to the cash sheet and hand over to the billing department;

Job requirements:

Higher education is desirable; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is desirable; Knowledge of office programs at the user level; Familiarity with established policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions in the relevant field;

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information is stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the presence of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), term, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.
