Construction Supervisor

Development company "Monolith Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Supervisor.

Work location: Tbilisi

Work schedule: Full-time

Remuneration: 3000-3500 GEL (NET), depending on experience. (Bonus system)

Main functions:

• Planning, managing and controlling the construction process at the facility;
• Qualitative and quantitative control of current and completed works;
• Control of construction deadlines;
• Production of defect acts and completed works form 2 and reporting;
• Planning and control of daily activities of contractors, subcontractors and worker personnel.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (civil, industrial construction);
• At least 3 years of experience in the position of Construction Supervisor;
• Knowledge of computer programs (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office).

Personal qualities:

• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to make decisions quickly.
