Responsibilities
- Garden maintenance: tree pruning, watering, disease (scab) monitoring, harvesting deadlines determination
- Fruit reception, sorting, washing, crushing and pressing
- Fermentation control: Brix, temperature, pH, sulfites and yeast usage
- Distillation: separation of heads, hearts and tails, quality control
- Hygiene, cleaning and daily production records
- Supervision of 2-3 workers during the season
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in winemaking, distillation, horticulture or food industry
- Technical knowledge of fermentation and distillation
- Responsibility, independence, record keeping
- Georgian language is mandatory; English, Russian or French – an advantage
- Driver's license B

- Salary 2 000–2 600 GEL (net) + bonus based on results
- Full-time, indefinite contract; during the harvest season (September–December) 6 days a week
