Accountant

New Lux Batumi, a trading company for tiles and ceramic granite, is announcing a vacancy for an Accountant position.

Main responsibilities: • Full current accounting of the company; • Registration of purchase, sales, banking and cash operations; • Control of commodity invoices, invoices and primary documents; • Work on RS.ge and timely preparation/submission of tax declarations; • Accounting of VAT, income tax, salaries and pension obligations; • Accounting of import and customs documents; • Control of settlements with suppliers and customers; • Reconciliation of warehouse balances and accounting data; • Preparation of monthly financial statements for the director; • Control of data accuracy in Odoo/Oris systems.

Requirements: • Practical experience of working as an accountant in Georgia; • Good knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and RS.ge; • Experience with VAT and import operations will be considered a significant advantage; • Fluent knowledge of Georgian and additional knowledge of English or Turkish at a working level, is necessary; • Knowledge of Excel and accounting programs; • Accuracy, confidentiality and high sense of responsibility.

Remuneration: 1,600 GEL per month, paid in hand. Applications will be considered upon receipt. Interviews will start on September 19.
