Attorney

"Giorgi Zarnadze's Legal Company" is announcing a vacancy for the position of an Attorney.

Work Conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Saburtalo territory (business center);

• Working hours: Full-time (remote or part-time work is not considered);

• Salary: 4000 GEL (net) + unlimited talk time;

• Probation period: 6 months (the probation period is fully paid); after the probation period, 5000 GEL net + unlimited talk time + health insurance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing legal consultations to the company's clients;

• Representation in all instances of the court and arbitration;

• Preparation/analysis of various types of procedural documents (lawsuit, response, petition, etc.);

• Representation of companies in the Public Registry and the National Enforcement Bureau;

• Preparation of administrative complaints;

• Conducting negotiations related to legal issues;

• Performance of other profile tasks assigned by the company director.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher legal education in the field of civil and administrative law (mandatory); students' candidatures are not considered;

• Membership in the Georgian Bar Association with specialization in civil and administrative law (mandatory);

• At least 3 years of experience working as an attorney (mandatory);

• Perfect knowledge of English and Russian (desirable);

• Knowledge of office computer programs (mandatory);

• Possession of a driver's license (desirable and will be considered an advantage).
