Real Estate Broker

Company "Hill City" is announcing a vacancy for a Real Estate Broker position.

Work location: Tbilisi, Vake/Saburtalo

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM;

The goal of the position is to increase sales, provide high-quality services to customers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales (priority will be given to experience in real estate)

• Higher education.

• Language skills: Georgian - fluent, Russian, English - conversational level is desirable;

Functions:

• Communication with clients via phone and in writing - product offer.

• Expansion of the company's sales network.

• Formation and management of your own base of properties for sale

• Formation and management of your own customer base.

• Providing complete information about properties for sale to interested customers and on-site viewing.

Necessary skills:

• Ability to quickly and easily establish relationships (communicativeness)

• Customer service skills (politeness, willingness to help customers, attention, correct referral);

• Ability to take initiative

• Sales skills (persuasive, argued, and coherent communication)

• Ability to speak and write correctly

• Ability to work in tense, stressful situations;

• Goal-oriented and focused on achieving results

• Expressed attention to details

• Organization, presentability, punctuality.

• Sense of responsibility.

Candidate selection will take place in several stages:

• CV review

• Interview.

Remuneration: salary range 2000 - 9000 GEL (with full development, depends on activity and diligence) is determined by 40%-60% of the revenue received by the company from the sale of real estate

Internship: two weeks
