Branch Manager

"Craft Food" Holding is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager in Tbilisi.

"Craft Food" is a fast-food facility that has been operating on the market since 2022 and includes 6 branches across Tbilisi. "Craft Food" offers customers a variety of healthy fast food products produced through its restaurant chain since 2022, including: "Kraft Hot-Dog", "Kraft Shaurma", "Kraft Burger", "Kraft Pizza" and more.

Working conditions:

Working hours: 5 days a week. Working schedule: First shift - 10:00-19:00, second shift - 18:00-03:00 (the manager works night shifts 2 out of 5 days a week). Salary: 1800 GEL + bonus. Benefits: Insurance funded by the company, transportation during night hours. Location: Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities:

Planning and monitoring the daily work process of the facility. Controlling service and quality. Promoting sales growth. Constant communication with customers and discussing received feedback with team members. Monitoring compliance with sanitary, hygiene norms, safety rules, and labor discipline norms. Monitoring products and inventory, placing/receiving orders, ensuring cash register accuracy. Creating team members' schedules in Self-HR (vacation, business trip, sick leave) and reflecting them in the program. Caring for the motivation and qualification development of subordinates. Generating various reports within the scope of competence.

Requirements:

Experience working in the food industry Ability to manage problematic situations Ability to organize and manage work processes High-level proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, PPT)
