Functions and responsibilities: Managing and coordinating the daily activities of the department; Defining sales goals and strategy; Motivating, developing, and managing team results; Finding new clients and business opportunities; Negotiating with strategic clients; Analyzing sales results, current opportunities, and forecasts; Working on process development.
