Construction Project Manager
Qualification Requirements
- Higher engineering education in a relevant field;
- At least 10 years of experience in the production of construction works for industrial and civil buildings and structures or/and their supervision;
- Knowledge of regulatory normative documents in the field;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Job Description
- To provide technical supervision over construction works on objects (civil and industrial buildings and structures) - production of inspection works and based on the data and information obtained during the inspection process;
- To ensure a high level of quality of work performance in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17020:2012/2013 standard;
- To familiarize and study the documentation presented on the inspection object.
- After the full presentation of the documentation, to carry out the inspection in accordance with the methods and procedures defined in the inspection sequence and regulations;
- Control over design and cost documentation and taking timely measures in case of identified defects.
- To monitor the builder's work production journal in accordance with the instructions specified therein;
- To attend all hidden or visible construction/s renovation processes and control them;
- To carry out measurements of all construction materials on the principle of random sampling and establish compliance with design data;
- Control of completed works, filling in work production journals on a daily basis with notes, recommendations, and instructions;
- To keep inspection records: to record all deviations and discrepancies and issue relevant instructions;
- To process the received data and prepare an inspection report impartially using computer technology.
