This role is ideal for a product generalist who is comfortable moving between product discovery, product optimization, and cross-functional business execution. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle-from validating new opportunities and finding product-market fit to improving onboarding, retention, and operational excellence.

What you will do - Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and JTBD analysis. - Validate product ideas, drive product-market fit, and develop positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations. - Own key product initiatives across onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization. - Conduct user research, define hypotheses, run experiments, and use insights to improve product performance. - Analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to deliver cross-functional initiatives. - Design and improve processes at the intersection of product and business operations, ensuring scalable execution. - Distinguish whether problems should be solved through product improvements, operational changes, or both, and drive the appropriate solution.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with ownership of both product discovery and product growth initiatives. - Experience launching new products or business directions, including market research, customer discovery, PMF validation, positioning, pricing, and commercialization. - Strong experience managing core product initiatives such as onboarding, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization. - Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision making, with experience defining metrics and measuring impact. - Experience conducting user research, JTBD interviews, and hypothesis-driven experimentation. - Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and optimize cross-functional processes. - Proven ability to work effectively across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. - Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with high levels of ambiguity and ownership. - Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills. - Fluent English.
