Manager in Translation Company

We are looking for a Project Manager in a translation company (remote)

We are a translation company that takes on complex projects and delivers them qualitatively and on time. We currently need a project manager who will become a reliable part of the team: help keep processes under control and ensure uninterrupted work with translators.

What you will need to do:

• Distribute projects among translators, taking into account their specialization, workload, and deadlines;

• Monitor task execution, track statuses, and compliance with deadlines;

• Respond promptly to changes and help resolve emerging issues;

• Communicate with performers, help with task clarifications;

• Work in CAT programs (Smartcat, MemoQ, Trados, or similar) - confidently navigate the interface, understand how to upload files, assign performers.

Who we are looking for:

• Confident level of English - not lower than B2;

• Confident level of German - not lower than B2;

• Experience working with CAT tools (or willingness to quickly learn and confidently apply);

• Attention to detail, ability to keep several tasks in mind and not lose any of them;

• Willingness to work remotely and be available during working hours.
