"JOY" is a Georgian beverage brand, whose products are sold across Georgia in over 1000 organized and unorganized retail outlets. "JOY" is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Georgian market and at this stage is looking for suitable people to create a modern organizational structure consisting of such professionals who will activate specific links of the structure accordingly.

Position: Key Account Manager, Partner Objects Manager

What we offer:

• Salary: ₾1,800-₾2,000 + bonus

• The bonus depends on two indicators: the quantity of products sold from the networks and the percentage of shelf availability. The first measures volume, the second - quality. Both are under your control.

What you will do:

Order Management

• Collect orders from all networks and enter them into the system;

• Correct analysis of order quantity and subsequent proposal based on the branch's actual sales;

Shelf Availability

• Identify and eliminate cases of inventory depletion;

• Control planogram compliance;

• Ensure the implementation of promotional activities at the branch level;

Interaction with networks

• Daily communication with category managers and branch personnel;

• Informing network employees about products, promotions, and news;

• Preparation of annual contract condition updates;

Numbers

• Track sales of each network and branch;

• Categorize branches by sales/orders;

• Weekly reporting: sold products, active branches, shelf availability, depletion cases.

Who we are looking for:

Essential

• 2-4 years of experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail;

• Analytical thinking - half of this job is finding answers in numbers;

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - formulas, filters, tables. You will work with sales reports daily;

• Organizational skills - simultaneously manage several networks, dozens of branches, and each has its own order schedule, which requires prioritization of organizational skills.

• Correct communication skills - you will communicate with both category managers and branch employees.
