What you will do: - Run the findjobs.ge accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, from the idea to the filming, the edit and the post - Make content about the Georgian job market: real vacancies, real pay, advice for people looking for work, stories from the search - Grow the audience and measure what it is worth: how many people reached the site, and how many of them applied - Answer comments and messages. We are building a community, not just a page - Run experiments, and say plainly what worked, what did not, and why
Who we are looking for: - Somebody who has already grown an account. Links matter more than adjectives: put the accounts you have run in your application - Somebody who shoots and edits short video themselves, without waiting for a team - Somebody who thinks in numbers: follows, views, retention, clicks through to the site - Georgian is required; English or Russian is a strong plus
