Geo Organics LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Executive Director.

Work location: Kutaisi, with periodic business trips to Tbilisi. Employment rate: Full-time

The main objective of the position is: - To plan the company's operational activities, including developing an agrotechnical plan with the team. - To manage infrastructure projects, such as periodically arranging and supervising the maintenance of irrigation areas, roads, and necessary infrastructure on the garden territory. - To manage the company's daily operational activities - to carry out agrotechnical works related to plantation maintenance, to organize harvesting, to get acquainted with international experience and the latest standards (including through cooperation with partners) and to implement them in daily activities. - To manage the company's team. - To ensure the legal compliance of the company's activities.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education - in finance, business administration, agronomy, biology, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in operational activities and business support, including experience in the food products or agriculture sector is desirable. - Experience in team management. - Knowledge of English.
