Workplace: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue #37m;

Working hours: 5/2 (five working days a week, two days off);

Functions and responsibilities

• Assisting the cook in the process of preparing dishes;
• Pre-processing of products (cutting, cleaning, distributing into portions);
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace and kitchen inventory;
• Correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils;
• Compliance with product storage and hygiene standards;
• Participation in the issuance of ready-made dishes;
• Assistance in controlling stocks and timely replenishment of necessary products;
• Execution of cook's instructions within the competence;
• Compliance with sanitary-hygienic norms and safety rules.

Qualification requirements

• Experience working in a similar position;
• Attention to detail and organization;
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Punctuality;
• Good team work and communication skills.
