Tender - For the Purchase of Mobile Computer Carts for the Operating Block

LLC "Aversi Clinic" announces a tender for the purchase of mobile computer carts for the operating block.

The quantity to be purchased is 5 units, technical specifications are provided in Annex #1. The affidavit is given in Annex 2; The draft agreement to be concluded with the winner identified as a result of the tender is provided in Annex No. 3; The place of delivery: Tbilisi; Vaja-Pshavela Ave. 27b.

Interested candidates wishing to participate in the tender must submit the following documents through the electronic system eTenders.ge by October 15, 2026, 15:00: - The priced offer of the proposed goods prepared in accordance with the technical specifications - Annex #1: - The manufacturer and model of the cart; - The manufacturer and exact model of the computer; - The manufacturer and model of the UPS; - Technical description / Datasheet; - Dimensions and weight of the cart; - Maximum permissible load; - Description of the surfaces/materials used; - Information on the permitted cleaning and disinfection methods; - Product photo or catalog material; - Warranty conditions; - Delivery and installation deadline. - Bidder's details: full name, address, and contact phone number, a copy of the identity document of the responsible person; - Bank details; - Completed affidavit in the form of Annex No. 2;

The submitted documentation must be signed by the authorized person of the bidder. The buyer may require the bidder to submit additional documentation: An extract from the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities about the person's registration (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days old); A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no reorganization or liquidation of the legal person is underway (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days old); A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no public law restrictions are registered on the property of the legal person (the information preparation date should not be more than 7 days old); A certificate issued by a banking institution (confirmed with a wet seal and signature) about the company's details; A list of similar equipment supplied by the bidder over the last three years and two recommendations from purchasing persons;

Note: A bidder who has participated in a tender held by LLC "Aversi Clinic" within the last 2 months and has submitted the above-mentioned documents is not required to submit the specified documentation again for participation in this tender, except for a list of similar goods supplied by the bidder, recommendations from at least two purchasing persons, and an affidavit. This exception does not apply to a bidder whose data has changed during the specified period.

At any stage of the tender, the buyer may require bidders to submit additional documents. Failure to comply with the requirements established by the tender announcement may be the basis for disqualifying the bidder from the tender.

Note: The tender is conducted on the "1 envelope principle", which does not provide for a trading stage. Accordingly, bidders must indicate the final cost of the goods provided in their tender bid.

Personal data (if any) submitted by bidders on the basis of this tender will be considered only within the framework of this tender. Submission of a tender proposal (relevant documentation, including personal data) on the basis of this tender announcement confirms the bidder's consent to the processing of personal data.
