PS Georgian Alloys Casting Plant announces a vacancy for the position of Melting Furnace Operator
Work location: Kutaisi, Automshenebeli St. №88, TIZ territory Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00; Depending on production needs, it is possible to work in shifts, including night shifts. Remuneration: 1500 GEL per month, the salary will increase to 1800 GEL as the work process is mastered and qualifications are improved.
Main responsibilities - Loading various types of raw materials into the melting furnace and melting according to the established technological process; - Stirring the molten mass and controlling the melting process; - Cleaning the furnace from accumulated waste; - Transferring the prepared molten mass to the casting operator; - Ensuring the melting process is safe and in accordance with technological requirements; - Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the workplace and equipment; - Using labor safety rules and personal protective equipment; - Fulfilling the supervisor's instructions related to the work.
Requirements - High level of responsibility and discipline; - Attention and ability to accurately follow technological process instructions; - Ability to work under physical strain and high temperatures; - Willingness to work in a production environment; - Experience working in metallurgy or other production fields will be considered an advantage; - Experience working with furnaces, melting processes, or production equipment will be considered an advantage; - Willingness to learn and master new work processes; - Adherence to labor safety rules.
