Location: Kutaisi-Tskaltubo-Tsageri-Tkibuli (Depends as per the project requirements).
Roles and Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor subcontractors' civil construction activities at site on day-to-day basis. - Monitor/Supervise/Inspect tower foundation excavation, reinforcement, formwork, stub installation, concrete pouring, and backfilling. Check, Confirm and Record survey details before and after excavation, Stub setting and other works. - Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. - Check, Perform and Prepare final checklist after work completion. - Monitor subcontractor workmanship, manpower, equipment, and daily progress. - Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and quality documentation. - Identify construction defects, report nonconformities for the corrective actions. - Ensure proper Cube preparation during concrete pouring for cube testing. - Monitor site safety and environmental protection in coordination with the HSE team.
Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree – Civil Engineering
Experience: - Minimum 5 years in the Construction/Execution of the Overhead Power Transmission Line works, with basic knowledge and understanding of survey works. - Communication Skill: - Georgian and English (read, write & speak professional way).
