Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Main Responsibilities:
Daily communication with branch managers to identify marketing needs; Control of internal marketing standards, branding, and visual materials placement/provision; Processing and timely response to requests from branch managers (printed materials, menus, etc.); Communication with printing houses, advertising companies, and suppliers; Comparison of prices for relevant materials/inventory, ordering, quality control, and deadlines; Participation in planning internal and external marketing events and activities, and technical/organizational support; Management of inventory and on-site installation/dismantling processes; Monitoring of event processes; Reporting to the direct supervisor.
Main Requirements:
Higher education/graduate student - Marketing and/or Business Administration; Desired experience working as a Marketing Specialist; English language knowledge at a communicative level, both in writing and verbally; Ability to communicate fluently in Georgian (writing/speaking); Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
