Information Service Operator vacancy at the English language teaching center "Gl School"

Work location: Remote (Tbilisi)

Working hours: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)

The English language teaching center is announcing a vacancy for the position of Information Service Operator. We are looking for a motivated and communicative candidate to join our team and ensure the smooth coordination and communication of the educational process.

Main responsibilities:

• Communication: Timely connection with students and their legal representatives via phone and provision of necessary information regarding attendance, academic performance, and other important issues.

• Administration: Accurate and organized record-keeping of students.

• Reporting: Timely provision of all necessary information to the center's administration based on the specifics of the job.

Requirements and necessary skills:

• Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience in public relations, customer service, or a similar field.

• Communication skills: Fluent and convincing verbal and written communication skills in Georgian.

• Organizational skills: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

• Sense of responsibility: High sense of responsibility towards assigned duties.

• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel) and social networks.

• Teamwork: Ability and willingness to work in a team and attend mandatory meetings (every two weeks).
